TRAIL.
Refined Trail Collection is a design exploration that merges Invicta’s rugged, utilitarian spirit with the timeless craftsmanship of Hermès. This reimagined version of the iconic Monviso X backpack is crafted for the modern explorer who values both performance and elegance. Through the use of heritage materials—waxed canvas, full-grain leather, polished brass hardware, and Alcantara suede—the design evokes a sense of enduring quality and understated luxury. Every detail is intentionally refined, from the tactile feel of the finishes to the balance of form and function. This project was developed as part of my CMF Design Master’s program at Poli.Design, founded by Politecnico di Milano, and reflects my passion for material storytelling, brand synergy, and sensorial design.
