Nia Centre for the Arts: Construction Phase (Detailing Phase)

The Nia Centre for the Arts projects come to an end with the detailing phase. My partner, Janella Lasam, and I firstly finalized floor plans. As well as, concluding the structural and mechanical system. Then we took a closer looking at fragments to fully analyze in 1:50 scale, then 1:10 details. Fragment A was done by me, and Fragment B was done by my partner. Overall, the project gives an over all summary in the beginning and how it is transitioning to the construction phase.
